pAs2-1

Hello,
I have received a small aliquote of pAs2-1 to make my "bait" in order to
screening a Two hybrid library.
I have tried to transform DH5alpha and I found some positive clones but
when I try to amplify, for a maxiprep, in liquid medium the culture seems
to be lysate.
I dont have the same problem with the similar plasmid pGBT9.
Any suggestions are welcome.
