Hi again, I'm sorry to bug everybody again, but I'd really like info on my topic. But, this is the last time I'll post this question. Does anyone have a transfection protocol for HEp-2 cells that will give greater than 10% transfected cells? Thanks a bunch, I hope. :) Rob
