Repost: Experiences with Intein Fusion systems

It seems that my previous post might have drifted off into cyberspace so
here I go again.

Does anyone have any sage words, pro or con, regarding recombinant protein
production using an intein fusion system (eg.the IMPACT(tm) system from
NEB)?

The good, the bad, the ugly??

Will compile and post all responses on this since I received a couple of
"me too" email messages from other curious Georges.
