Hello, I am planning to use the two-hybrid yeast strain PJ69-4A for a library screen. Does anybody has good or bad experiences with this yeast strain as compared to e.g. HF7c or SFY526? Is the transformation efficiency with this strain better or worse than the other strains? Any help will be appreciated. Best regards J.E. Carette
