Can anyone tell me whether any work has been carried out on binding of casein to immortalised tracheal epithelial cells? I'm looking into loading the above cells with FITC-casein using a hypotonic technique and quantifying the extent of loading and so would like to eliminate binding of casein to the cell surface.
