Dear netters,
I have problems to detect an HA tagged receptor in a Western Blot. The 
receptor is present in binding assays and the HA tag works fine in 
IFI.
I am expressing the receptor in COS cells, isolate membranes and I 
load about 50 micrograms in a 10 % SDS-PAGE. The transfer to 
nitrocelulose works fine but after ECL detection I am unable to detect 
any specific band in the autorradiography.
Does anyone have some clue of what I am doing wrong?
