Q: Killing DpnI with heat? addition/cancellation

Oops, sorry folks. the answer is claer, Pfu is for polishing since 
the original porotocol uses Taq, it's necessary. I got a little 
confused since I used Pwo (a Pfu analog?) from start an no Taq.
