placental RNase inhibitor - coli expression vector

I am looking for an expression vector to produce placental RNase inhibitor
in E. coli - preferentially as cleavable fusion protein with a tag for
easy purification (GST or His-tag).  Alternatively, I would be happy with
a cDNA clone so I can build it myself.  Thanks for any hints.
