A new problem with GST fusion protein

Hello,
I'm trying to do exprime a GST fusion protein in XL1 blue (E.Coli).
I don't have the protein waited but a smaller, futhermore the 
induction is very weak. I think my protein is cutted because of a 
creation of cleavage site. Do you know site of cleavage in this 
bacteria, do you have solution? Have you test this technique of 
fusion-protein, what do you think about it? What are the best 
conditions of induction?
