help needed for serum-free cos cell culture

Hi, netters!

I am planning to grow cos cells (monkey kidney) in a serum-free medium in 
order to study some growth-promoting agents. Is there anybody with 
experience in serum-free cell culture and/or in cos cell culture? The 
current medium is F12 with 5% FCS and glu/Pen/Strep, for transfected cells
with G418.
