Does anyone have experience with any of the commercially available methods for substractive hybridization. I have only a small (~50 ng) quantitiy of poly A RNA from my test source, so I'm particularly interested in your experience with kits that involve PCR. Thanks Mike mkd15851 at glaxo.com
