looking for Hfr delta(lac) strain

I am looking for an Hfr strain which transfers a deleted lac region
(or a lacI- gene). I want to knock the lac region out of my cell
strain. If anyone could provide me with a sample of a suitable Hfr
strain, I would be grateful.
