Methods for labeling S-oligo with 35S

Hi netters: I'll highly appreciate your sharing with me any suitable method by which I be able to radiolabel phosphorothioate oligonucleotide during synthesis in Beckman Oligo1000M synthesizer. I need a method for good specific activity for use in transport study. Any reprint will be highly appreciated.
