I got some DAPI from Molecular probes.
I have a 2 mg/mL stock solution in dH2O, of which I added 1 uL to 99 uL of
PBS for use in staining (final concentration 20 ug/mL).
I can probably use a lot less than that next time - the staining was
*incredibly* bright.
