If you can't find it on the Multiple Sequence Alignment
pages at:
http://www.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/bcd/Curric/MulAli/welcome.html
it probably does not exist.
After you have BOXSHADED it or whatever, if you want to add
arrows and other stuff, import it into a graphics/drawing
program, and go to it.
