Well, as far as I know, there is no such database yet.  But, there is
a very good book on the subject, "Specificity of Proteolysis" by Borivoj
Keil (Springer-Verlag 1992).  It has scores and scores of tables of
cleavage sites, statistics of cleavage sites, and other data for just
about all common proteases.  It's one of my favorite references.
