Hi There;
Yes, I totally agree. I am also dissolve P.K. in 50% glycerol solution
(in water) and store in -20 C. It works fine as far as you do not take
the bottle or tube out of the freezer too often (Don't forget P.K. is a
self digesting enzyme like many other proteinases). Alternative method
is dissolving P.K in water and lyophilizing it after you dispense it
into an appropriate tube.
