I'm trying to find a source for MnlI restriction enzyme quoted for use in a PCR-RSP analysis for a lipoprotein lipase mutation (Circulation 1997 95(12) 2628). I've scanned a number of supplier catalogues with no luck. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be a very happy puppy. Regards
