Does anybody has experience transfecting Sw3T3 cells. I've tried different protocols and the efficient is very low. BM claims that their new product FuGene6 is very efficient on these cells. Any opinions? Ideas? Comments? Thanks Danny Please e-mail me to altschul at med.unc.edu
