Automated sequencing problems (ABI)

	Alas you cannot control for the competency/reliability of the
techs who run your rxns at your sequencing center.  I would suggest doing
the rxns yourself (it's really simple) and just relying on the center for
running the gels/calling the sequence.  Probably spend much less time than
troubleshooting every single step.  What's the old saying, "if you want
something done right..."
