Hi, I used CTAB method isolate some genomic DNAs from plant leaves. Most of them sould be nuclear DNA. Anybody can tell me how much of them are the mitochondrial DNAs? If I use this genomic DNA to do southern blotting, could I get the signals fron mitochondrial DNA? Thanks . steve
