<fontfamily><param>Courier</param><bigger>Gday!

I have heard by-and-by of extracting DNA with chloroform and CTAB.
This is supposed to be better at removing polysaccharides and proteins
than just a normal phenol-chloroform extraction. Does anyone know why
this should be the case? And what concentration of CTAB should be
used?

Thanks,

Brendan Scott
