Q: How to remove small size RNA from total RNA in bacteria?

    Anybosy happens to know if there is a way to remove small size 
RNA from total RNA in bacteria except from gel, please reply to
this account(small size means 5s rRNA, tRNA). Your information
would be greatly appreciated.
