Enhancement of HRP substrate systems??

You're right about the TMB, it works out to be the bewst cromogen
availible for HRP-detection. If this is not sensitive enough for you,
you might consider AP-konjugates as the are generally more sensitive.
I've tried an enhancement cromogen for detection of alkaline-phoshatase
conjugates that works really well (AMPAK-trademark, Danish company
called DAKO)
