2mL Concave Gradients???

Does anyone have experience in pouring a 2mL concave sucrose (or CsCl)
gradient?  I'm trying to go from 40%-10%.  I have a gradient maker and
pump, yet I can't seem to find a gradient maker that comes in a small
size with a plunger to limit my upper density.  I could use a 12mL, but
my protocol would really be optimized if I used a smaller volume.  Any
suggestions?
