The two base pair anchored primers are more efficient for DD-PCR.  When we
tried the single base anchored primers, the amplified fragments had the
aribtrary decamer (5' primer) on BOTH ends.  Liang and Pardee have since
modified their recommended primers to tetradecamers (we have not
switched).
