Q: How to remove small size RNA from total RNA in Bacteria?

I remember seeing in the Qiagen handbook the elution profile of different
moleculr species....with varying NaCl concs.

never tried it...but it looks like 0.7M NaCl for tRNA and 0.95M NaCl for rRNA
at Ph7.0 works with the qiagen resin...
