Hey all,

I'm a newbie to a lot of these techniques as I am only in my second year
of university. I'm reading up on fluorescent wheat germ agglutinin
staining as it applies to elucidating cytoskeletal defects in polar
epithelial cells.

My question is: What exactly does this stain bind to?? What kind of
defects will it help a researcher visualize??

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
