Fusion Protein Expression Systems

Hey Steve,

Other systems which are less popular but still useful are the
thioredoxin fusion systems, one of which is marketed by Invitrogen. 
Sorry that I can't give you any experience with the suggestion.  Another
system would the the FLAG tag (not too sure who sells this one) and I
believe that Invitrogen has a system which actually secretes the fusion
into the medium.
