I don't think that you can go that far. See the huge family of mini Tn5
derivatives that Kenneth Timmis has produced. Reasonable randomness, the
ability to use the system again with another resistance marker, lots of
different markers (Kan, Cam, Tet, Spec, etc.), lac, pho, lux reporters.
