Dear netters, I have to study the expression of a gene in both aerobic and anaerobic environments in Salmonella by Northern, does any body know which gene I can use for reference to normalize my samples, ie it expresses in same amounts in both conditions. Thanks NG Wai-leung Dept. of Biology CHHK
