best total RNA and mRNA isolation kits

I work with mouse bone marrow macrophages that we isolate ourselves. I
use Trizol for the total RNA preps and when I need polyA+ I use the
microfast track kit from Invitrogen. Have had great results with both
after a few minor modifications.
