I am immunizing rabbits with Blood Factor VIII/vWF(Mw=1000-12000kd) in intrasplenic way to shorten the period. But I am afriend the dose (1mg protein in buffer) may be too high. Will it establize a state of unresponsiveness or immunological tolerance? Can someone tell me the proper immunization dose? Thank you for the help!
