This is a Weissenbach marker. I'd appreciate any help from anyone who's
used it successfully.
We're getting no amplification using conditions listed in the GDB.
96 deg. 5 min initial soak (also tried without this step)
94 (or 92) 30 sec
55 deg 30 sec
35 cycles
72 deg 10 min
25 uL volume, 1.5 mM Mg++, 100 ng DNA template, 0.3 uM or 1.0 uM primers
