High-Throughput screening for protein expression

Dear netters,
I am aware of High-throughput screening method for mRNA expression such 
as cDNA microarray but am wondering about the similar technologies for 
protein expression screening. Maybe advanced version of 2D gel analysis 
will do, for example. I would appreciate any comments on existing or 
promising technologies.
