protein spot-blot

Dear Netters,

I'am trying to spot about 5 pmol of purified flag protein onto a
nitrocellulose filter. The protein is in TBS buffer pH 7.5. However I'm
not able to detect any signal with a flag antibody. The antibody is OK
because in membrane preparations I can detect the tagged proteins. Does
anyone has a protocol for peptide western spot-blots.
