Prokaryotic expression of arbitrary peptides

Does anyone know of a prokaryotic expression system (preferably with an 
efficient transformation system) that can be used for the expression and 
secretion into media of arbitrary peptide sequences?  It does not matter 
if some short leader or signal sequence is also present....I want to be 
able to have random sequences of ~20 residues long attached to it and 
have the peptides secreted into the liquid or agar medium.  Any help 
here?  Thanks!
