Flag vs Ha tagging

Does any one have information on comparing Flag vs HA epitopes when 
using affinity purification?  Basically are there any advantages or 
disadvantages of one tag over the other?

I am planning on making recombinant protein using a bacculovirus 
expression system. I want to epitope tag my protein to enable me to use 
affinity purification to produce a purified source of active protein.
