We are having trouble expressing a gene of prokaryotic origin in
transgenic plants. Can anyone out there in bionet-land suggest a
website/recent-reference(s)/person-to-contact that would provide useful
and up-to-date information regarding 'undesirable' sequence elements to
avoid when optimizing plant-function of gene constructs? Thanks in
advance for your help.
