Hygromycin selection conditions for human C33A cell line?

Hello:

I need to make a stable derivative of human C33A cells that express
EBNA1.  All the EBNA1 expression vectors that I have contain a 
hygromycin-resistance cassette.  Before I set up a kill curve of C33A
cells with hygromycin, I thought I would check if anyone has hygromycin
selection conditions for these cells?  I believe that C33A cells are
a HPV-negative human epidemal carcinoma cell line.
