I am working on PCR for the genotyping of malaysian population to find out the specific gene cytp450IID6.Iam interested to know about the composition of the MgCl2 conc to the buffer mix.I have already tested with 0.8mM but there was no positive result.I will be happy if someone can give some information about this.
