PCR Using T7 and SP6 Primers

PCR efficiency is somewhat unimportant when amplifying a plasmid eh?, T7
has worked fine with a 40°C anneal in my hands, and with so much
template you could probably just go 15 cycles. These so called "PCR
southerns" are just a binary assay: either its there or its not...
