T/A cloning vector ??? Help???

Some one published a method a while (1-2yrs or more) ago to make T/A
vector. What you need to do is cutting your vector blunt ended, for example
using HincII, SmaI or EcoRV, adding ddTTP to the 3'end at both ends by TdT.
Use ddTTP instead of dTTP because you want only a single T at the end. I
have never go any chance to try this, but think the design is rational and
doable.
