Hi netters: One of my friends who is working with Toxoplasma wants to do some quantitative PCR from infected tissue. Her problem is she's not having enough sensitiveness, her PCR doesn't work when she has less than 250 pg of DNA. Is there something she could do to detect lower amounts of DNA? Thanks in advance Edgar
