Dear netters,

we are to set up a system for occasional sequencing in our lab.
Since we want to avoid working with radioactive isotops we are
interested in learning about your experience using different systems
like silver staining or non-radioactive labelling with DIG or biotin
(pros, cons, companies, prices) .
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
