Anyone out there have a construct with a mutant neomycin
phosphotransferase II as described in Yenofsky, et al PNAS 87: 3435-3439
(1990)?
Basically, they found a E182D mutation that reduced the activity of the
enzyme quite dramatically, and I would like to use that mutant enzyme in
some of my constructs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
