Hi!! Do anyone know electro-competent cell (pLysS containg cell) prep.? I tried to make electro-competent cell using conventional method. However, after store -70 C, the cells are lysed. XL1-Blue strain was made successfully using same method. Do anyone have special protocol? Thank you..
