Has anyone out there had any luck in promoting solubility of a bacterially expressed protein by culture additives? I had read that ethanol at low concentrations helps by inducing a stress response and increasing chaperonin levels-- has anyone found this to be true? Thanks for your responses. BoB Steinberg
