Differential Display Kits

Hello,
	We are about to do some differential display between two 
fungal isolates and are trying to decide between the 
Clonetech Delta and the Genomyx Hieroglyph kits. If anyone 
has used these, or any other kits and has any advice on 
them, and on taq, gels etc it would be greatly appreciated.
