PCR from lambda plaques ??

Hi,
I do PCR on the plug eluates. Take 0.5µl out of 500µl SM buffer with the
plug. Denature the template at 95-100° before PCR, and run 35 cycles
(30µl tot vol). Has yet to fail me.
